Bikram Method Yoga is a set sequence of 26 beginner postures and 2 breathing exercises done in a room heated to 105° with 40% humidity. The heat and consistency of the poses will take you into a moving meditation while strengthening, detoxifying, and opening up your entire body. Our Bikram Method classes are 90, 60 & 75 minutes long.
Warm 50/60/70/75-Minute classes are done in a room heated to ONLY 99° with 40% humidity. Adults and children 8 yrs and older are welcome.
Hot Pilates integrates Pilates floor work and High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) in a room heated to 95° with 30% humidity. Hot Pilates strengthens muscles, increases flexibility and improves endurance. The Hot Pilates system is an intense workout for every part of the body, especially effective in building core-strength.
Yin Yoga is a very relaxing, meditative, deep-stretching class conducted at room temperature. Passive stretches are held for 3-8 minutes, challenging the mind to surrender and allowing the body to open up.
